Galloway provides the highest quality tours and are renowned and respected in the school tours market for our high standards. Groups travel with us year after year, but even so, we continually strive to improve the quality of our administration, operations, documentation, & tour content.

Health and Safety

Our Safety Management System details the steps we take to ensure the reliability and safety of each element of your trip. Accommodation and coach operators* are audited on a regular basis, and every visit we have available has been assessed for safety.

We provide a Generic Risk Assessment that will assist the you in carrying out your own full risk assessment to comply with local authority requirements. Copies of all our documentation is available on request.

* Remember that the majority of our groups travel on Galloway's own vehicles that meet the highest possible standard in safety and quality through accreditation to CoachMarque and the Guild of British Coach Operators. No other school tour operator can offer this same standard.

Financial Security

For coach travel, clients’ money is protected through the Bonded Coach Holidays financial protection scheme. This is a scheme approved by the Department of Trade and Industry as satisfying the requirements of the Package Travel Regulations, and is recognised by ABTA.

If we provide air travel as part of your tour then financial protection for the holiday is afforded through the Air Tour Operators Licensing scheme. (ATOL number 6268)
